How to Prepare for Your Visit with Us

Your First Visit
After our friendly team has checked you in, one of our assistants will perform a pre-exam and take X-rays of your mouth. Next, you’ll meet with one of our dentists, who will get to know your oral health needs and goals as well as any specific concerns you may have before conducting an exam of their own. Then, they’ll share their observations with you, discuss any procedures you might need, and put together a treatment plan that is perfectly suited to your smile.
Dental Patient Forms
To help you get checked in and seen by one of our dentists as quickly as possible, we encourage you to complete your new patient forms ahead of time by clicking on the link below. After you provide and submit the requested information, the forms will be sent to our team right away.
